Sam is Managing Director of BCI Finance and advises Alternative Finance companies within the group on capital structure and debt transactions.
Prior to BCI, Sam was Co-Head of the Technology, Media & Telecoms team at Barclays. He has worked with start-ups, sponsor-backed businesses and larger publicly listed companies supplying products and advisory in areas that include leverage finance, venture debt, risk management and accessing capital markets.
Paul joined BCI in 2016 as Investment Manager of the Credit Opportunities Fund. Paul has over 10 years’ banking experience, the majority of which have been focused on capital markets securitisation and structured finance across multiple asset classes. He is a CFA Charterholder.
Ragna joined BCI in 2016, and is working with venture debt investments and receivables backed investments into UK Alternative Finance businesses.
Before joining BCI, she worked in investment research, helping consultancies and private equity firms on due diligence projects. Ragna holds a BEng in Engineering from University of Warwick, and a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Entrepreneurship from Lund Unversity in Sweden.
Guillaume joined BCI Finance in 2018 and has over 6 years’ experience in financial services gained in the UK, France and Luxembourg. He is a native French speaker and holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Kedge Business School. Before BCI he was a Director at CYBG Plc which he joined to build the Specialty Finance proposition and modelling capacities. Prior to this, he was an early member of the Shawbrook Bank Structured Finance team where he helped grow a successful franchise and book over £300m.
Greg joined BCI Finance in 2018 as an analyst after graduating from Loughborough University where he gained a BSc in Accounting and Financial Management. Greg previously spent a year at PwC within the Client and Market Development team.
Stephanie joined BCI in 2017 as Team Assistant where she supports both the Investment Team and the Managing Director. Before BCI, Stephanie worked in similar roles in the property and events industry.
Mark is a Partner at Blenheim Chalcot and works with a number of businesses, primarily in the Financial Services sector of the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio. Mark was the founder and CEO of the TDX Group, which he led for nearly eight years before the acquisition by Equifax in January 2014. He previously worked for Capital One in analytics, marketing, risk and operations roles both in the UK and US.
Peter is a seasoned private equity investor with over twenty years of private investment experience. He is a former Partner of Warburg Pincus, where he headed European Financial Services investments. In 2013 he was appointed to lead the UK Government’s Investment Programme within the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills and served as CEO of British Business Bank Investments on its formation until the commitment of its initial investment phase in 2016.
Martin brings to BCI an extensive experience in credit and risk management. Most recently, he spent 8 years as Head of UK Retail Credit and Chief Risk Officer for Retail Banking in Latin America at HSBC, before moving to Equifax as Director of Banking & Finance. He is currently a board member on several consumer finance companies in the UK.

Mark has deep expertise in consumer credit, having led the Subprime Cards and Personal Loans divisions at Capital One, and being the former CEO of TDX Group. He is currently the CEO of Accelerate Places, Blenheim Chalcot’s property business, and works closely with businesses across the Blenheim Chalcot Group.
